This is a screen print transfer, no shirt is included. These prints must be applied with a heat press.
Pressing recommendations for these prints are 350 degrees, heavy pressure for 7 seconds and hot peel. These transfers are recommended for cotton or cotton blend shirts. I have experienced the best results with thicker shirts (100% cotton, comfort colors, sweatshirts, etc).
