This is for an adult sized screen print transfer, not a shirt. Infant/toddler and youth sized prints are available separately. These are adult sized approximately 12" wide.
These transfers need to be applied using a heat press. They should be applied at 325 degrees for 7 seconds using heavy pressure and hot peel.
